cold backup platform switch

This is a theoretical question, based on a real life example but with altered parameters. The question I have is;

Assume I have a 19c database, on OEL 7.

I look at the endianess of this specific database, and according to that concept, most and at least the popular Linux OS's have the same endianess, but also MS Windows.

Now, the title says "cold backup", and that is for a reason because the starting assumption is that you have a cold backup of such a database. So, no RMAN, no Import/Export, no Transportable tablespace. Just a cold backup. A clean and complete cold backup, with also a full backup of both the Oracle Home, and of the server Inventory.
