Invalid SYS objects name starting with "oracle/jms", "oracle/AQ/AQOracleAdmin" etc.

I have in one of our database invalid SYS object whose name start "oracle/jms", "oracle/AQ/AQOracleAdmin" etc.. See the attached file.

I would like to delete them since they are in the other databases or rebuild them if all possible.

I already tried to recompile them with utlrp.sql

Environment:

Oracle database 19c version 19.19

OS: RedHat Linux 7.7
