Base24 HPDH binded with BASELIB + SKELB not doing online updates

in GoldenGate, Streams and Distributed Database (MOSC) Question

Oracle Golden Gate version 19.1.0.0.0

We have Base24 Classic running on HP NSX systems.As per the requirement we have binded the B24 XPNET SKELB library with GGS BASELIB library using BINDSKEL to create a combined library.This library is configured to run for HPDH(Hypercom DH).

HPDH does online updates to PTD(terminal data file) which needs to be replicated to other side.However there are no updates going into LOGTRAIL and hence no updates.

INterestingly same EXTRACT/REPLICAT is able to post updates done for same file via PATHWAY.

Hence trying to find what may be the issue.
