Oracle Payroll

Should the WA PFML Subject Wages match the Subject Wages for WA Cares Fund? Currently the following in happening:

State Misc. 2 is the salary less Dependent care then calculates the tax, Health FSA and PERS.

State Misc. 4 is the salary not subtracting any pretax deductions except for PERS.
