many "Dumping diagnostic data" entries in alert.log

scenario:

Oracle 19.16 EE RAC 4 nodes

RHEL 7.9

Hi,

I have notice many entries like that:

Dumping diagnostic data in directory=[cdmp_20230623081057], requested by (instance=2, osid=327907), summary=[incident=259401].

sometimes are from instance ("instance=x") itself, sometimes from instance from other server.

Is there anything to learn from there ? should I open a SR ?
