copy-paste from excel to e1 grid kdoesnt take more than 7 rows

We are currently on 9.2.7.3. Recently upgraded from 9.2.5.5.

When user trying to upload records on a e1 grid from excel, it doesnt take more than 7 rows. But it is defined as 1000 in web server. Below is the error for the rows from 8th row.

We tried to clear the browser cache. Still doesnt work. Any leads would help us.
