Dynamic reconfiguration of the virtual device failed with error code (-122)

I have 2 solaris guest ldoms (11.3) running on separate primary nodes.

They share LUNs and use these disks for ASM storage.

During removal of vdisks from primary nodes, node a had no issues, vdisk removed successfully.

Node B, I try to remove, is showing an error:

Dynamic reconfiguration of the virtual device failed with error code (-122)

The OS did not report an error

Check the logs

 

The logs don't show anything.

I did a dtrace on node b which shows detach_node: entry ref count 4 but I am unclear as to how to find what references this disk.

Any help would be appreciated.
