EBS Applications System Version: 12.2.0

I want upgrade to 12.2.12

but run patch occur following errors:

[root@ebstest patch]# adop phase=apply apply_mode=downtime patches=33527700

PROGRAM : (/u01/test/app/fs1/EBSapps/appl/ad/12.0.0/bin/adzdoptl.pl)

FUNCTION: ADOP::GlobalVars::_ValidateArgs [ Level 1 ]

ERRORMSG: Invalid Args: apply_mode=downtime .

 For usage, enter adop -? or adop -help.


adop exiting with status = 255 (Fail)
