Patch ODA from 19.13 to 19.18

We have Exadatas running Oracle 19.18.

Most of our ODAs X7 HA BM are on version 19.13. I am hoping to patch from 19.13 to 19.18​ to be at the same level as our Exadatas. However, ODA 19.18 document says that the minimal version to patch to 19.18 is 19.14.

Is there any technical problem about going from 19.13 to 19.18?

If not, I would like to avoid going from 19.13 to 19.17 and then to 19.18.
