Unable to download Patch 32218454

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

When tried to download Patch 32218454: DATABASE RELEASE UPDATE 19.10.0.0.0, it request for password as there is superset patch available. With Oracle Support login password it errors out stating "Password is invalid". Is there a way to download this Patch without password.
