Standard Managers processing speed increased

Oracle Applications : 12.2.5

On start when i received my Oracle EBS - i had 8 Standard Managers for it, I increased the number from 8 to 10. I waited a few days to monitor the results, and then I further increased it to 14 managers.

 

Additionally i also I made a change on our server from 2 CPUs and 16 GB RAM to 4 CPUs and 32 GB RAM. However, I'm experiencing some unexpected results.

 

The managers seem to be functioning properly, but the processing time has increased. We have a process called the Autoinvoice Import Program, where Oracle EBS takes 1000 invoices and inserts them into the database. The number of invoices can vary, sometimes reaching 40,000 and other times around 15,000. However, each instance of the Autoinvoice Import Program can only handle 1000 invoices at a time.
