serial number issue in non-standard discrete job.

in Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC) Question

Oracle product : 11.5.10.2

Category : work in process

User released a non-standard job with the assembly serial number controlled , and it has the same component requirement under this job.

User do the issue for this component with serial number successfully , then try to do the completion and find the error: 'there are not enough serial numbers available for the component XXX to complete this transaction. '

Could you please help to check what the issue is ?
