Required RPAS functional difference between V16 to cloud V19

Hi,

We are planning to upgrade RPAS and solution from V16 to cloud V19.

Please provide us the below details:

  1. What are the functional/major differences between on-prem (V16) and cloud (V19)?
  2. What benefits client will get if they move to V19 from V16?
  3. What are the issues in on-prem and how cloud versions will resolve them?

Could you please provide the documents containing all the difference between on-prem and cloud?
