On client using SSL_CLIENT_AUTHENTICATION=FALSE is mandatory to use a wallet?

Oracle Database EE RAC 19.18 on RHEL 8. Oracle Windows Client 19c.

TLS connection between RAC nodes (from node 1 to 2 and 2 to 1) is working fine, both nodes have SSL_CLIENT_AUTHENTICATION=FALSE and a right wallet in WALLET_LOCATION

On client using SSL_CLIENT_AUTHENTICATION=FALSE is mandatory to use a wallet? If it's mandatory, can we use same wallet with same certificate for all clients?
