Customer would like to remove their HR, Finance and Purchasing data for a specific org.

We are using a Single Operating platform of EBS suite where multiple orgs have been setup to cater for different business groups. One of the operating units/orgs has moved away and is not using this EBS solution any more. They would like all their data removed from EBS system.

What are the options available for getting rid of org specific data? Is there a tool that should be used for such purposes? Is Purging the data an option or would data masking be a better alternative?

We are looking for a low risk/no impact to the other existing organizations solution.
