Web ADI Template Closes using Excel 365

Oracle R12.2.9 using Web ADI and Microsoft 365.

When a user creates a new Journal template, it appears to create the template, but when the confirmation window appears and the user selects "close" everything is closed..including the new template.

Looking around we were able to find the bnexxxxxx.xlsm file in the local temp folder on the PC.


Has anyone else seen this with Office 365? Users NOT using O365 are not experiencing this issue.
