What is the name and where can I find Vertex Before and After Report?

Running Vertex PTQ 4.4.9

Some of my Employees maxed their FICA deduction limit at 2022 Limit of $147,000 because year-end ESU did not update it to 2023 limit of $160,200. We have installed the latest version of vertex as instructed by Oracle hoping that will fix the issue with no luck.

I was informed Vertex Before and After Report may provide the answer in terms of the limit value being passed, but I cannot find the report or the name.

Any idea how I can restart this FICA deduction to start coming out again? What could I be missing.
