EM 12c: CPU Utilization(%) metric computation in Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control (Doc 2175564.1) describes the method EM12c calculate CPU usage. I try to follow the same method in Exadata, databases version is 19c, Linux version is release 7.9. However, I got the almost constant result, such as 34,34,34. And this number is not match result in EM13c. What is EM13c method to calculate CPU usage in Exadata (Linux)?
