How to filter out service requests from a specific support identifier

Version: Current

Question: I have access to multiple Support Identifiers (SI's) and I see service requests from multiple SI's on the Service Requests screen. With my current role, I don't need to see the service requests from one of the identifiers. How can I filter out the service requests from this particular identifier?
