Tier 1 and Tier 2 Supplier Diversity Spend Reporting

How are EBS customers tracking their Tier-1 and Tier-2 diversity procurement spending? Any thoughts/inputs? How are you capturing the diversity classification/info for Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers. We are specifically looking inputs on Tier-2 suppliers. What tools are you using to report on how much are you spending with the Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers? Any non-oracle tools? Suggestions?

Tier 1 diversity spending during the procurement process is earned when you partner directly with a diverse organization.

Tier 2 diversity spend occurs when you engage with a diverse supplier through a relationship with a subcontractor (basically supplier's suppliers and tied to your business indirectly).
