Siebel Upgrade / Migration Bug Impacts 23.3 - 23.6

Hi All,

Posting this here since we just ran into this show stopper bug in 23.3 while running a repository remerge. We had previously upgraded successfully on 22.10 and now are re running the repository merge to bring in our latest code changes from parallel development that was going on in the old release while the upgrade project was in testing mode.

DDLIMP is impacted by a serious bug and we had other failures in the upgrade process.

Came to find out that there is a known issue and also a POC fix that can be applied to fix the error in 23.3. The official fix is coming out i n 23.7 which should be out soon. We just applied the POC and are rerunning the development upgrade and so far things look good.
