Ship and debit functionality

Hi Team,

We have a requirement as below..

1. Supplier send the goods with cost of 100 euros
2. We are selling the product to customer at 130 euros .
3. For some specific customers supplier informed to give an additional discount of 10 euros which can be claimed from supplier.

Now we are trying to use ship and debit functionality but observed that we have to add the setup in multiple places one advanced pricing setup for 10 dollars to apply in sales order and 2nd one for ship debit adjustment to claim from the supplier.

Please let us know whether our understanding is correct or is there any way we can just create one adjustment where we can apply to customer price and also use the same adjustment for claim the amount from supplier.
