TCP+UDP support in forwarded SIP requests

Hello,

Does anybody know how to force an SBC to send SIP requests (e.g. REGISTER) with both TCP and UDP transports? Remote side wants us to add two Via header fields into REGISTER - first with UDP and second with TCP. I tested all possible combination of 'sip-port' and 'session-agent' settings related to transport and everytime SBC chooses a preferred sip-port (first in the list) to forward the request and adds only one Via with the chosen transport into it.
