Can configured rules be executed on a specific workbook or template as part of a batch task?

RPAS / MFP v19 on Cloud (custom implementation of MFP)

We would like to execute a custom 'action' (or a series of rule groups) on a specific workbook or specific template during the weekly batch process that is scheduled with OAT.

We know that commits and refreshes are possible, but I cannot seem to find a way to run custom actions or rule groups in a workbook as part of a weekly batch.

Anyone have ideas?
