Why does Deferred Compensation DBA’s Codes amount changes cause Defined Contribution 457b plan

JDE 9.2 HCM

There are times when Payroll makes a manual change to one of the Deferred Compensation DBA’s Codes and it causes either an enrollment or a term date for the Defined Contribution DBA Code. Payroll have confirmed that they cannot manually adjust the Defined Contribution Code.

HR has no way of knowing when this happens unless an employee reaches out to them to tell them their 401a contributions has stopped.

Any ideas or suggestion will lend very well to finding a solution!
