How to handle odd amount benefit premiums on biweekly payroll

We are running JDE 9.2 on sql server.

Does anyone have a recommendation on how to handle odd amount monthly premiums when running a bi-weekly payroll? In the past, our carriers have always been willing to change the monthly premiums in their favor to round up to the nearest even number, but not anymore. I tried setting up the deduction amount with the penny higher and then set up a monthly limit of the actual premium, but it did not work. It calculated odd amounts, almost like it was trying to prorate the premiums and I ended up having a mess to correct. Any suggestions?
