Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can we use an rtf as unifier custom report?

I have an rtf template for custom print for a BP. i want to reuse the same for creating a custom report for the same BP.

When i tried, i got the following error
