Where can I view/delete INACTIVE hz_person_interest records?

R12.1.3 Trading Community Architecture / TeleService

Navigate to the Contact Center (CSCCCCRC) form, the Party Information tab, click on the Details button and then the Interest tab.

Any active HZ_PERSON_INTEREST records against a party are visible and I can delete these. However any inactive person interests do not display and I cannot find a way to allow these inactive records to be visible. I have checked the public APIs and there is a procedure within the package for create and one for update but nothing for delete.

Does anyone know where I can view these inactive records within the application or have found a way to delete them?
