Table to see what are approvals of a request of Work Flow on SOAINFRA

Hello

I'm making a query for a new report to displaye all requests of workflow but I need to display all level of approvals for each requests but I'm facing the following use case when I fetch the data from WFTASK table in the ASSIGNEESDISPLAYNAME field only is displayed the last approval but I need all approvals for that request.
