12.2 Upgrade Analyzer Report issues - invalid directory listed

This will be very similar to a post I created recently on this so I'm reusing some of that content:

Trying to do an upgrade from 12.1.3 to the latest 12.2 and I setup the stage directory and ran RapidWizVersion (says 12.2.0.51) and then ran buildstage.sh and it seems like everything went as expected.

Then I run the Analyzer and it has a couple of errors:

Validate Rapid Install Consolidated Bundle On Top of StartCD 51 and 'The current install of the 12.2 Upgrade Filesystem does not have the correct bundle patch applied. Patch 32947483.

Then also 'Validate Correct StartCD Version'. Please apply bundle Patch 25525148
