Project Calendar and Creating WBS
Hi,
I am using Oracle Primavera Cloud to schedule construction projects. I have the following questions:
- I am halfway through project scheduling and noticed that my project is using a different calendar. I changed the calendar in project summary and settings to a correct calendar. But it didn't propagate to all activities within the schedule. How do I make sure once I selected a calendar in project level, it automatically applies to all activities within the schedule?
- I am finding it challenging to create WBS and assign dates and duration to each WBS. I am only able to assign dates and duration to Activities. And it's difficult to go back and add additional WBS during halfway through the process. Do I need to create WBS or can I just organize activities in a way that works?
