R04572T2 Not accepted by bank - Format at Wrong Version

During our move to Wells Fargo bank, we are trying to process ACH files using the R04572T2 batch version, which will create the CTX version of the ACH bank file.

The Wells Fargo system is rejecting the CTX file we are sending because the formatting and layout specifications supplied by JDE are version 2, and Wells Fargo's parsing system requires version 4.01.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a fix for the R04572T2? Is the CCD format being considered? Are there any external tools I can get to create the properly formatted CTX file?
