Asked for mobile app passcode every time I login

in Web/Portal Technologies - JDE1 (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered ✓

Oracle cloud login.

I have setup a 2 factor mobile authentication which works but even if I select "Trust this device for 15 days" during login somehow the OCI does not remember this setting and I am asked always for mobile passcode every time I login which is very annoying. Especially that browser session times out after a while and I have to login again and again.


Anybody knows what is this?
