Having trouble installing the ovirt4.4 engine

Dear Specialists,

Can not get the engine to install on a fresh install of OL8 .8 patched with all the relevant repos connected.

repo id                            repo name

ol8_UEKR7                           Latest Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel Release 7 for Oracle Linux 8 (x86_64)

ol8_appstream                         Oracle Linux 8 Application Stream (x86_64)

ol8_baseos_latest                       Oracle Linux 8 BaseOS Latest (x86_64)

ol8_gluster_appstream                     Oracle Linux 8 Gluster Application Stream (x86_64)

ol8_kvm_appstream                       Oracle Linux 8 KVM Application Stream (x86_64)

ol8_ovirt44                          Oracle Linux 8 oVirt4.4 Stream (x86_64)

ol8_ovirt44_extras                       Oracle Linux 8 oVirt4.4 Extras Stream (x86_64)

**** Receiving the following error, checked into repo and the rpms do exist, puzzled !!!

Have tried installing mvn aka maven but did not help...
