Setup DFI Mobile Applications

Hi,

I'd like to setup Data Field Identifiers (DFI) to be used with the Mobile Supply Chain application. But I don't know to identify precisely the field I want (eg: the Pick Slip while receiving).

Could you please direct to demos or documents that could help me?
