Would like to know hierarchy in fetching WCI code while entering time card in P051121

Query:

Hi,

I am trying to find out the hierarchy based on which workers compensation insurance (WCI) code is fetched in speed time entry (P051121) while entring time card for an employee.

From my tests, I observed the WCI code is fetched from F069126 (union rates) and F060116 (employee master).

Is there another table that I am missing ?

It would help me if there is document / link explaining this. Thanks for the help.
