After upgrading APEX/ORDS from 22.x to 23.x do I need to redeply the ords.war to weblogic

I have successfully upgraded my APEX/ORDS from 22.1.X to 23.1. I have the i.war and ords.war deployed to a weblogic application server.

I logged into the APEX front end and I see both are now 23.1 , however do I need to redeploy the ords.war to the deployments in my weblogic application server?
