Help in applying patch 13417321_10105_LINUX.zip (DSTv18)

This patch 13417321_10105_LINUX.zip (DSTv18) is recommended(ETCC check) when im preparing a phase using adop(adop phase=prepare).

When doing through the readme file the patch requires Oracle database 10g 10.1.0.5.0 BUT am on oracle database 12.1.0.2.0. I don't know if I should apply the patch or not but i need the patch for adop prepare phase to succeed.

I would appreciate some direction on this one.

We are currently on DSTv17
