Fluid Job Data Delete Future Effdt Rows

We implemented Fluid Job Data on PUM Image 38 PPT 8.59. We are a state government business. We have business units for numerous agencies, to include, the legislative side of state government. In classic Job Data, we had the functionality to give the users the ability to delete future effdt rows by using the +/- sign in Job Data.

In Fluid Job Data, it seems the only way to allow these users to delete future effdt rows is to grant their role the role alias HR Review Administrator which enables the users to delete any historical row. How do we implement the functionality to only delete future effdt rows in Fluid Job Data?
