Not able to generate Pregenerate Put-away XML Label 4 each Lines based on PO only Single Label 4,1PO

Oracle EBS R12.2.9


Not able to generate the Multiple Pregenerated Put-away Label. ie. did not get Label for each line. Only 1 Label generated for Entire PO. Put-away Rules is working fine but Pregenrated Putaway Business flow did not generated the Proper label. I checked The receipt Label, Label was triggered correct as each line have Label but We can not see any Sub inv and locator over there. As it does not suggest any Sub inv. So Only Pregenerated business flow we can take.
