Unable to Update Multiple Records in Value Set Using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS)

When trying to update multiple records in a value set using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS) the update fails indicating 'Row not found. (11404)' - see the attached screenshot Multiple Records Update in VBCS.png. This occurs in all environments (DEV2, DEV5, and DEV6). I was unable to find any resources indicating why this error is appearing. I am able to update each record one by one so it is seems very strange I cannot do more than one at a time. Could someone please advise if there is something I can do to update multiple records at once? I
