Display issue with Honeywell handheld devices

Hi All,

Our client is on EBS 12.1.3 version, they have MSCA module implemented and were using Motorola handheld devices successfully for their shopfloor transactions. Recently they purchased Honeywell handheld devices and configured the devices for transactions, what they noticed is -- the mobiles screens are shrinked and not completely visible on the new honeywell device. Please see the screenshot below which is self explanatory, we dont see any option to re-size or fit to screen, but something is wrong with honeywell device and we are unable to identify. Any inputs on this issue is highly appreciated please, thanks.
