Issue export excell " cannot open)"

Hi,


end user face issue when export to excell

don't happend to all user, it's random and test in different browser, private, refresh cookies,..


it was resolve time ago by adding new tmp temporal folder and setting WLS java argument, then upgrade the WLS , but seems issue happend again and again through tool release?


app: 9.2

tr: 9.2.5.6
