Why Oracle only allocate innermost LPNs based on WMS Rule Engine

Hi Oracle,

I set up a Picking Rule with "Allocate LPN" Allocation Mode in WMS, but it is kinda wired that Oracle only allocate innermost LPNs after sales pick release. Even these allocated LPNs are nested inside other outer LPNs.

Is it possible for Oracle to allocate the outer LPNs rather than the innermost ones?
