Secondary quantity is gray out on PO Lines for ITEM Tracking as Primary and secondary UOM

We has notice that Secondary quantity is gray out on PO Lines for ITEM Tracking as Primary and secondary UOM

Issue could be reproduced as the follows

1- Create PR for item which has Primary and secondary UOM and tracking is Primary and - Secondary

2- Using Auto create function to Create PO

3- PO has been created successfully and Po distribution get secondary quantity but PO lines don't have any Secondary Quantity ( its Null and Grey Out )
