Having failure of the "Rollup Cumulative Lead Times GUI" program only for a specific org id

in Core Concurrent Processing - EBS (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

Oracle 12.2

APP-FND-01934: ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired in Package BOMPCCLT Procedure update_lt(2)

Getting this error only for a specific orgID, highly repeatable and above is the error being seen.

Has any one seen this issue before? Would enabling Trace and Debug be the best way to monitor
