Why alert is not clearing from OEM even the dba jobs status failed are fine from server end.

Hi,

Here i am not getting how to troubleshoot this issue. please help me why it's not clearing from OEM even from db side is fine and need to know which query help to find what jobs are failed in db side if it's failed according to the alert.?
