2022 W2 BI Publisher Reports disappeared after implementation of 23B/Image 46

We just applied Tax Update 23B/Image 46 and now we can no longer recreate 2022 W2s. The 2022 W2 reports are missing from the BI Publisher Report Definition page. Reports for previous years are still there - it's just 2022 that's missing. Did this happen to anyone else?
