How to populate PS_HGA_PG_EMP_DET table

Version: Peoplesoft HCM 9.2 PUM44, PT8.59

We are trying to turn on the delivered Absence Analytics for managers and found that there's no data returned by the pivot grid. The underlining query HGA_EVENT_DTL_MGR uses a table called PS_HGA_PG_EMP_DET. It's empty in our environment.

Does anyone know how to populate this table? Is there a process that we should run to populate it?
