Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Data Discrepancy in TIme Building block and hxc_timecard_summary

Team,

I got an error while trying to submit timecard in OTL as 'required minimum number of hours' .

We have setup 40hrs as mininum hrs per week.

Since we try to put 38.5 hours so we got above error but when i checked hxc_timecard_summary, i can see it is showing 40 hours and status is working.

Can you please help.
